Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days from dispatch.

A ₹299 pickup and handling fee is applicable for all exchange or store credit requests, and items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.
Approved returns must reach us within 6–7 days; refunds are processed within 48 hours as Dioste wallet credit or a gift card ( in select circumstances where refund may be issued to the original payment source), and pickup is attempted twice before self-shipping is required
