Exchange & Refund Policy

At Dioste, we’re committed to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.

Delivery Timeline

  • All orders will be delivered within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Exchange & Return Window

  • You can raise an exchange or return request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order through our return portal.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Reasons for Exchange/Return

We accept exchange or return requests only for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product or size received

  • Size exchange, subject to availability

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or style preference.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer only size exchanges, strictly based on stock availability.

  • Kindly place your order carefully, as product or style changes are not allowed.

  • a minimun charge would be applied for exchange or return

 

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Policy

  • The returned product must reach us within 6–7 days from the date your return request is initiated.

  • Once received and inspected, please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued as:

    • Dioste Wallet credit, or

    • A Dioste gift card or coupon code, which can be used on your next purchase.

    • the Coupon code or gift card will be valid for 180 days i.e. 6 months.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original mode of payment.

Return Pick-Up Attempts

  • Our delivery agent will attempt to pick up your return twice.

  • If you are unavailable during both attempts and fail to return the product, you will be required to ship the item to our warehouse at your own expense.

Important Notes

  • It may take up to 24 hours to schedule your return pickup after your request is submitted.

  • Dioste reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our return criteria or policy terms.
